My background includes 27 years of leadership and mentoring experience including 22 years of starting and running multiple businesses. I have the experience to coach you through the self-evaluation phase, mentor you through research and due diligence, and help you evaluate various franchise opportunities. My drive is not solely to place you in a franchise. Success is providing you clarity of thought and helping you determine if franchising is right for you. Through in-depth conversations, psychometric profiles and analytical tools, I will conduct an objective evaluation of your past experiences, skills, personality, passions, and financial and lifestyle goals. This will require a realistic look at yourself, but will be critical to us working together to identify high-quality franchise options that will help you realize your dreams.
The next leg of our journey is exploring the industry. With over 3,000+ registered franchise companies available in the marketplace, determining the right one can seem like an intimidating task. Using the information gathered so far, I will uncover a workable number of options for you to review. After researching and ranking each option, we’ll review your results and you will select the franchises that you want to explore further. Then, I will connect you with the selected franchisors to begin your investigation.
Working as your coach, I will help you understand how to evaluate your options to make sure that you get the information you need to make an informed decision. Together, we will refine your interests and goals to determine how they match with potential franchise opportunities. You will dive further into the franchises that make your short list. The franchisors will present their brands, business models, financials and allow you the opportunity to speak with the franchisor executive team and other franchisees.
The fun begins! As you narrow your choices to one option, you’ll seek advice from legal experts, financial advisors and funding resources. I will be there along the way to answer your questions, share my experiences and encourage you as you navigate the journey to your business ownership dreams.
