With more than 30 years of leadership and mentoring experience including creating, acquiring, operating, and selling multiple businesses, I have first-hand experience at every level of entrepreneurship. Through in-depth conversations, psychometric profiles and analytical tools, I will conduct an objective evaluation of your past experiences, skills, personality, passions, and financial and lifestyle goals. This will require a realistic look at yourself, but will be critical to us working together to identify high-quality franchise options that will help you realize your dreams.

The next leg of our journey is exploring the industry. With over 3,000+ registered franchise companies available in the marketplace, determining the right one can seem like an intimidating task. Using the information gathered so far, I will uncover a workable number of options for you to review. After researching and ranking each option, we’ll review your results and you will select the franchises that you want to explore further. Then, I will connect you with the selected franchisors to begin your investigation.

Working as your coach, I will help you understand how to evaluate your options to make sure that you get the information you need to make an informed decision. Together, we will refine your interests and goals to determine how they match with potential franchise opportunities. You will dive further into the franchises that make your short list. The franchisors will present their brands, business models, financials and allow you the opportunity to speak with the franchisor executive team and other franchisees.
