As a business coach, I provide fractional C-level support to small business owners by providing accountability, analyzing business problems, researching viable solutions and developing creative plans to deliver specific outcomes. I work under the umbrella of a business coaching company that was founded in 2012. It’s purpose is to help small business owners to unlock their true potential for themselves and their businesses. Our focus is to help owners increase both the value and, ultimately, the salability of their companies. The team has worked with hundreds of business owners throughout the United States and abroad to provide advice and resources that help them enhance the success of their organizations. Working within a team of diverse coaches allows me to bring their specific experiences to my own clients, multiplying the level of service that they receive.

With more than 30 years of leadership and mentoring experience including creating, acquiring, operating, and selling multiple businesses, I have first-hand experience at every level of entrepreneurship. Additionally, as a multi-unit franchise owner and business broker, I understand what it takes to operate within a franchise model and how to scale with a future exit in mind. Utilizing my deep and diverse business experience, I tailor each coaching engagement to the specific needs and priorities expressed by my clients. Many coaching companies who lack this independence follow scripted pathways that can delay results on urgent issues. My solution is to listen first, ask insightful questions, then co-create a plan of action to achieve the desired outcomes.

Having owned and grown businesses from the ground up — I know it’s not easy, but I’m ready to help you build the business and work life you’ve always wanted.

While we are not beholden to any one coaching model, we utilize a framework that focuses on Strategy, Performance, People and Process – S3P. The phases of the coaching engagement include Immersion, Strategy and Execution.

In this initial phase, we’ll work to fully understand the current state of you and your business, as well as where you want the future state of both to be.

Next, we’ll take the information we gathered in the Immersion Phases to build a roadmap for our next year together. We’ll define the future state and establish a Business Model Canvas to guide us moving forward.

Finally, we’ll get to the fun stuff: four 90-day sprints with a regular meeting cadence to provide accountability and discuss issues, post-sprint reviews, and next quarter plannings, all structured within the S3P Framework to keep you on track to grow.
